In our charming rustic Watermill country hideaway, chef de cuisine Natalie Byrnes turns out some of the most refined, informed Italian cooking in the Hamptons. We call it "coastal cuisine" as we bring together combination of the finest local ingredients of the East End of Long Island with fine, carefully selected international ingredients.
We focus on grilled and roasted fish, meat, poultry and vegetables as well as game in season. We feature handcrafted pasta and pastry, and an excellent wine list.
